In the section below, customers can get access to a few specific applications, such as the Track & Trace, Order Management and E-Invoicing tool.

Track & Trace

To view the status of all your shipments, customers can use our Track & Trace module which gives full access to all information, including all documents of shipment currently being process and shipments from the past.

Order Management

With the help of the Order Management tool, customers can trace their orders from the moment they are placed with their suppliers until arrival in the Netherlands. It shows precisely, per supplier, which order numbers are under way, when they departed and what the ETA is. When changes occur, Gelders Forwarding can advise the customer on any possible courses of action, including expediting the shipment.


With the E-Invoicing tool Gelders Forwarding makes her invoices and accompanying documents accessible online for customers. This way invoices are no longer printed and sent by mail, but are availabe at any time from any location.
